ON Friday 23rd March, Millington Primary School launched a fun-filled day!

This day was held by Mrs Evans to raise money for Sports Relief.

People from Millington have said, “Best day ever!”

On Sports Relief day they did three different activities, these were: Run a mile, Tug-Of-War and they had an assault course!

The following week, in assembly the awards for the sportiest person on Sports Relief day were handed out. A boy called Sam Higginson won an award and said, “I’m so happy!”

In addition Millington raised a lot of money for Sports Relief. The people of Millington all wore red on this day and did the most exercise ever!
