Details of Waterfront's new season unveiled

BELFAST Waterfront's new season features the very best music, comedy and theatre in May and June.
Music legend Lou Reed is making his much-anticipated Waterfront début on June 24 to perform his landmark Berlin album in its entirety, while former Doobie Brothers superstar, Michael McDonald, takes centre stage on June 15.

Christy Moore has four
dates (May 5, 6, 19 and 20) while Clannad make a welcome return to the live scene on May 22 and Bagatelle bring over 40 year of experience to the Waterfront on June 12.

There are some great trips down memory lane with Slade, T-Rextasy and Mud II (June 7) and One Night with Elvis (June 20) while Oh! What A Night (May 30 and 31) sees Kid Creole lead a fantastic young cast performing some of the biggest hits from the Seventies.

The Waterfront Comedy Club keeps going from strength to strength with Brendon Burns (May 9), Andy Parsons (May 10) and Kevin McAleer (May 30). Sensational stand up also comes courtesy of the magnificent Tommy Tiernan on May 11.
