British Formula 3 driver, William Buller of Scarvagh House, whose family are long-time supporters of Marie Curie Cancer Care, helped launch the 15th annual Scarva Stroll.

This year’s event takes place on Saturday, June 8 ,and promises to be a great day out supporting a truly worthwhile cause.

All money raised will go to help Marie Curie in Northern Ireland continue its vital work and support Marie Curie’s Belfast Hospice.

The organisation are here for people living with any terminal illness, and their families.

They offer expert care, guidance and support to help them get the most from the time they have left.

There is a two, six or nine-mile stroll so whether you’re looking for a real challenge or a fun family day out this event is for you.

The event is a pleasant walk along the canal path and will start from the Scarva Visitors Centre at 10.30am.

Anyone wishing to take part is asked to raise a minimum sponsorship of just £10 per family but the more you can raise the better.
