Pilates classes

Classes in pilates for beginners will be held at Birches Primary School beginning on Monday, January 21.

They have been organised by Birches Area Rural Network (BARN) and will run for six weeks from 7:30 to 8:30pm. There is a £10 fee.

No equipment is needed for the course, which is taken by a fully qualified Instructor.

Pilates is suitable for all ages and helps to develop core stability and tone abdominal muscles.

The classes are supported by the Big Lottery Fund’s Awards for All programme.
