Supper dance and big country night

THE Birches Vintage Club will once again be hosting one of the biggest country nights that Portadown has ever seen in the Seagoe Hotel on Saturday, March 2.

The Big Country Night and Supper will see artists such as Tony Kerr, Box Car Brian, Marie Murnin, Wee Tom, backing band Steve Farlow Shauna McStravock and Kevin Kearney take to the stage all in aid of the Southern Area Hospice Services.

Last year the event proved to be a huge success with £10,000 raised for the Southern Area Hospice.

Tracey Muldoon of the Southern Area Hospice thanked the Birches Vintage Club for the huge effort they put in each year and the support they give to the Hospice. She said, “Following on from the success of previous years, this year promises to be bigger and better than ever. Everyone can look forward to a thoroughly enjoyable evening and dance the night away to some of the biggest names on the road.”

By coming along to the event, guests will not only have a night to remember, but more importantly will be supporting the Southern Area Hospice who have to raise £2.3 million in 2013 to provide invaluable support and care to people living in the Southern Area Trust Area who are suffering from Cancer, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease and other terminal illnesses.

Tickets cost £10 or guests can pay at the door. To buy a ticket, contact John from the Birches Vintage Club on 07733417540.
