Southern Area Hospice Services have launched their Annual Midnight Memory Walk on Saturday, October 3.

Southern Area Hospice Services are inviting all friends and families who have been touched by the hospice in any way to come along and help celebrate and remember loved ones.

Plans are well under way for this year’s event which will begin and end at the beautiful setting of St Colman’s College, Newry.

Before the walk there will be a short remembrance service to give participants the chance to remember their loved ones.

At midnight walkers will set off on a 6km route around Newry. The route has been designed to be a fun and easy way for everyone to raise vital funds.

Due to high demand there will be no registration on the night and all participants must register before Friday, September 25.

Registration can be done at www.eventbrite.co.uk by contacting Leanne Redmond or Anne MacOscar at the Hospice on (028) 3025 1333 or Redmondl@southernareahospiceservices.org.
