Over 500 professionals gathered at the ninth annual Ulster Chemists’ Associations President’s Ball and Pharmacy in Focus awards at Belfast’s Ramada Plaza hotel, to hear who would walk away with a prestigious award.
Maureen Delaney, organiser of the event said, “Once again, the Pharmacy in Focus awards were another roaring success with not only a fantastic turnout, but entries were at such an exceptionally high standard right across the board, making it very difficult for our judges!
“ I’d like to thank everyone who has taken the time to enter this year’s awards, and congratulate Sharon on her win which is very much deserved.”
Adrienne Clugston, secretary of the Ulster Chemists’ Association said, “I’d like to congratulate all of the winners and finalists and everyone who took part in the awards. We hope that they will build on their success and inspire others along the way.”
A record number of entries were received this year from all over Northern Ireland with accolades being handed out across 12 categories.
