'˜Caught up in cycle of cosuming alcohol'

A 34-year-old man who was recently banned from the roads for three years was given a concurrent 18 month disqualification last Friday at Craigavon Magistrates Court.

Steven Ronald Bordessa, Derryhale Lane, Portadown, was also fined £100 for driving with excess alcohol in breath on August 3 this year. For not having insurance he was fined £100.

A solicitor representing the defendant said Bordessa had a number of relevant similar offences.
