Discover world of bats at Lurgan Park

Discover the fascinating world of bats with a special ‘Bat Walk and Talk’ around Lurgan Park on Friday, August 12, at 8pm hosted by Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council.

As light fades, join the Conservation team on a tour of the park in search of these intriguing flying mammals with specially designed bat detectors.

The team will be on hand to give an informative talk on local bat species, where they live, what they eat, how long they live for, threats to their survival and much, much more.

This is a family event suitable for children aged seven years and over and costs are £4 per adult, £2 per child or a family of four, £10.
