The annual Livingstone Christmas Tractor Run will take place on Saturday, January 2, in aid of Southern Area Hospice and the NI Children’s Hospice.

The event, which will see hundreds of tractors descend on Armagh, is in its fourth year and to date has raised more than £60,000.

The tractor run is organised by Wesley Livingstone and sons, including Stanley, David, Randal, Cedric and Clarence, with some help from their family and friends.

Tractor registration will begin at 10am, with participants advised to get there early to see the other tractors taking part and enjoy a snack before the tractors depart at 12 sharp.

The route will start from Armagh Business Park on the Hamiltonsbawn Road and head for Hamiltonsbawn, then on to Richhill, before returning via the Mall East to the business park for a barbecue, auction, afternoon’s craic and a closer view of all the hundreds of tractors taking part.

Anyone who hasn’t a tractor is welcome to call in at the business park and view the machines.
