A 21-year-old Portadown man has been sent for trial to Craigavon Crown court accused of possessing and supplying cannabis.
Nathan Anthony Gibson, Lisnisky Lodge, Portadown, appeared last Wednesday at a preliminary enquiry at the local courthouse.
He faces a charge of having a class B drug, cannabis, on September 1, 2014, with intent to supply and three charges of unlawful possession of cannabis on the same date.
Gibson was remanded on his own bail of £250 to appear for arraignment at Craigavon Crown Court on June 7.
A curfew from 8pm to 6am was imposed and another condition of Gibson’s bail is that he is not to be possession of any illicit drugs.
