Unionists have only themselves to blame for failing to vote
FROM Sam Wilson
We had a democratic vote in Belfast, the result was to fly the Union flag 17 days in the year.
We have been fed all this drivel about the St Andrews Agreement and a shared future.
After the Agreement the DUP said that they had secured the Union. Sinn Fein said it was the first step towards a united Ireland. Both cannot be right.
If unionists don’t vote they can blame no-one but themselves. With all this rioting on the streets what will it be like when republicans vote in a referendum on a united Ireland.
The Republic could not keep us, why don’t they say so and be honest. And if and when this ever happens thank God I will be dead because it will be all-out civil war.
God help those still alive.
