30 new jobs created in Craigavon by CHC Group

Thirty news jobs are to be created at Craigavon firm CHC following a stellar year of success.

These new jobs will provide a contribution of over £800,000 annually in salaries to the local economy.

It will also mean providing training and development opportunities for graduates and apprentices.

The company specialises in both designing and building mechanical and electrical projects.

Plus there is a wealth of talent including facilities management services all managed through its in-house helpdesk and operations teams.

Commenting on the recent success, Brenda Regan, Commercial Director said: “CHC Group has seen a sustained period of growth in recent years.

“This is testament to the hard work and commitment of our employees,” said the CHC boss.

“Through additional investment in our resources and facilities we have built a solid foundation for continued sustainable growth”.

“The company already has a solid pipeline of work booked for 2016/17 which will see its turnover increase by 20% for 2016/17.

“To accommodate the current and future business growth, the company has recently opened an additional office in Carn Business Park, Craigavon. The new office will accommodate the Maintenance and Facilities Management Division of the business. The long term plan will then be to extend the Head Office site in neighbouring Seagoe Industrial Estate,” she said.

New posts being recruited for include management and technical roles, as well as electrician and plumbing positions.
