Admitted damaging door at McDonald's
A 25-year-old man has admitted disorderly behaviour and criminal damage to a door at McDonald's restaurant in Portadown.
Gary Elliott, Clendinning Way, Portadown, appeared last Friday at Craigavon Magistrates Court.
He pleaded guilty to disorderly behaviour at McDonald’s restaurant, Meadow Lane, Portadown, on February 11 this year and criminal damage to a door of the premises.
The court heard there was a similar matter on his record and District Judge Benita Boyd adjourned sentencing until June 10 for a pre-sentence report.
