Case adjourned for report
A 31-year-old man will be sentenced later this month at Craigavon Magistrates Court for motoring offences and common assault.
Martin McAree, Hill Street, Lurgan, has admitted driving without insurance on April 20 this year, not displaying ‘L’ plates and driving unsupervised.
He also pleaded guilty, through his barrister, to common assault on a male on August 1 last year.
The court heard he had an extensive record and sentencing was adjourned until June 22 so that a pre-sentence report could be obtained.
