Four month driving ban is imposed

Caoime Mary McCann, Drumellan Court, Craigavon, was also fined £300. She was fined £100 for not having a driving licence.

The court heard that on May 15 last year she was stopped while driving at Drumgor Heights in Craigavon.

She was asked to produce her insurance and licence but the documents were not produced.

She had been disqualified from driving at a previous court for similar matters.

A barrister representing the defendant said she had been involved in a serious car accident and was now unemployed having previously worked as a hairdresser.

He added that she was disqualified and had a number of fines outstanding.
