Had defective tyre on car
A £75 fine was imposed on a man last Friday at Craigavon Magistrates Court for having a defective tyre on his car.
Jonathan Patrick French (47), Ashgrove Close, Lurgan, was also given three points for the offence. An absolute discharge was imposed for failing to produce his driving licence.
The court heard he was stopped on February 8 this year and his front nearside tyre was devoid of tread on the inner side and the tyre marks were not visible.
He could not produce his licence because he had lost it.
