Oil tank catches fire after blaze is started in Jervis Street

Police in Portadown are appealing for information following a fire in Jervis Street.

Around 11.50pm on Wednesday, the occupant of a house became aware of a fire at the rear of their home. Bins had been set alight and an oil tank close by caught fire. The bins and oil tank were destroyed.
