A DUP councillor has condemned vandalism caused to vacant properties at Westland Road in Portadown.

The windows of the two properties were smashed some time overnight between Sunday, July 13 and Monday, July 14.

Both of these properties had previously been daubed with racist graffiti on July 10.

Councillor Darryn Causby said, “People should be left alone to live in peace. If people have concerns they should address these through the correct channels.”

The Housing Executive said the graffiti was removed the same day.
