Christmas Hamper Appeal reaches out to needy

SOME of the local businesses who supported Portadown Cares annual Christmas hamper appeal have received a huge thank you from all the committee members for their show of community spirit and generosity.
With the help of local businesses, fund raising activities and donations from the public, Portadown Cares were able to put together and distribute 60 hampers this year to those most in need in the local community. These hampers have made a huge difference to the people who received them, putting food on the table which many of us take for granted.
The committee members of Portadown Cares would like to thank the following businesses for their support, whether it was financial or by product donation.
