THE Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall didn’t shy away from helping the staff of Irwin’s Bakery produce their products during their tour of the factory today (Friday).

Production operative, Wendy McClatchey, showed the Royal Highnesses how to do ‘soda flipping’ on the production line during their guided tour of the bakery which is marking its 100th anniversary.

The Prince also unveiled a plaque marking the occasion to rapturous applause from employees and invited guests.
