Leading retailers offer shoppers chance to win vouchers

MEADOWS Shopping Centre, High Street Mall, Magowan West and the brand new Asda have joined forces with Craigavon Borough Council and Portadown Chamber of Commerce to offer local shoppers the chance to win a £100 voucher prize every day from December 1 to 14 - and ultimately a dream holiday to Eurdisney.
The winners of the vouchers will come together on December 15 at Portadown’s Christmas Speciality Fayre on the plaza where they will each pick a gold envelope which will contain information on where they can use their vouchers – either the Meadows, High Street Mall, Asda or Magowan West.
The Christmas Speciality Fayre on December 14 and 15 organised by Craigavon Borough Council is part of the Portadown Revitalisation project funded by the Department for Social Development.
The climax of the competition and indeed the Christmas Speciality Fayre event is a live draw (4pm on December 15) for the grand prize - a once in a lifetime holiday to Euro Disney, Paris. The trip includes four nights stay at the four* Hotel New York for a family of four on a half board basis with theme tickets and spending money included.
All shoppers have to do is fill in an entry form which will be available at all the venues for the duration of the competition. In addition, the initiative is being promoted at Great Victoria Street train station in Belfast to attract footfall into Portadown town centre from outside the borough. Entry boxes will be located at each of the four participating venues – it’s as simple as that!
Councillor Darryn Causby, chair of Craigavon Borough Council’s development committee said, “This is a fantastic opportunity to win brilliant vouchers on the run-up to the festive season! In addition to the lucky 14 voucher winners a family will win an amazing trip to Euro Disney!
