Man stabbed during Craigavon altercation

A 28-YEAR-OLD man was stabbed during an altercation in a house in Craigavon in the early hours of Sunday morning.

It is believed the incident happened in the Carnreagh area at around 3am. The man was taken to hospital for treatment to his injuries which are not believed to be life threatening.

A 22-year-old man was later arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent. He is currently assisting police with their enquiries.
