Meet the boy who saved his mum’s life

IT’S not every 10-year-old who can perform an emergency, lifesaving manoeuvre but that’s exactly what schoolboy Nathan Capper did when his mum choked while having breakfast at their Portadown home.

Nathan, a P7 pupil at Hart Memorial Primary School, not only kept calm but remembered the first aid training he had received at school and, more recently, at his local Scout group.
