Power tool stolen

POLICE are appealing for information following the theft of a power tool from a shed in Carleton Street.

Some time between 11.30am and 6.30pm on Saturday, February 23, entry was forced to a garden and, subsequently a garden shed. A Fury 3 Make 20mm TCT multi purpose sliding metre saw was taken. The saw is light green in colour.

A male was observed in the area around 11.30am. He is described as being approximately 14 or 15 years old, approximately 5ft 1in tall, of slim build and was wearing two hooded tops with the hood pulled over his head.

Police are appealing to anyone who has information in relation to the theft to contact them in Portadown on 0845 600 8000. If you prefer to provide information without giving your details you can contact the independent Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555 111.
