Three arrested following fatal stabbing

THREE men, aged 20, 27 and 36, have been arrested following a fatal stabbing in the Parkmore area in the early hours of Sunday.

It is believed that a 45-year-old male, whose name has not yet been released, was killed following an altercation at the front door of a house at about 12:45am.

The male was treated for his injuries by police officers and paramedics but he died later from his injuries at hospital.

Police have appealed for witnesses to contact them.
