Man attacked with a hammer in Craigavon
A man has been attacked with a hammer after answering his front door in Craigavon.
The 54-year-old was attacked at about 4.15am on Sunday when he answered the door of his Parkmore home.
He was confronted by a masked man who hit him with a claw hammer. The victim sustained facial injuries, including an injury to his eye.
The masked man left the area after the attack and police have appealed to witnesses to contact them.
