A Portadown man has been sent for trial to Craigavon Crown Court on two motoring offences.
Ryan Pepper (22), no fixed abode but formerly of Westland Road, appeared at a preliminary enquiry last Wednesday.
It is alleged that on October 14 last year he took a car without the consent of the owner and owing to his driving an accident occurred and damage was caused to a filling station sign.
He is also charged with aggravated dangerous driving on the same date at Bridge Street.
Pepper was remanded in custody to appear at Craigavon Crown Court on October 20.
