A three month driving ban was imposed on a 23-year-old man last Friday at Craigavon Magistrates Court.

Adrian Marian Scarlett, Victoria Terrace, Portadown, was also fined £200 for driving without insurance.

As well he was fined £100, with a £15 offender’s levy.

This was due to not having a vehicle test certificate.

The offences came to light after he was stopped while driving on the Highfield Road in the Craigavon area, on August 8 last year.

Scarlett did not appear in court and was convicted in his absence.
