Police and the family of missing 58 year old William McConnell are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare.

William, who is described as 5’3” tall, very slim build with blue eyes, grey beard and grey receding hair was last seen in the Lurgan Road area of Craigavon at approximately 2.45pm, yesterday, Friday, 18 September.

He was wearing grey track bottoms, purple jumper, dark grey/black coat and possibly white trainers.

William’s beard, hair and skin are covered in purple dye, police added.

Constable Charmaine Purdy said: “William may have made his way to the Belfast area. Police would ask William or anyone who knows of his whereabouts to contact Police at Lurgan PSNI Station on the non-emergency number 101.”
