Richhill Library is holding a free Laughter Yoga workshop on Thursday, December 3 from 2-3pm.
The workshop is an opportunity to join with others to find out how laughing together and thinking positively can make you feel happier, healthier and less stressed.
Laughter yoga is based on the belief that voluntary laughter provides the same physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter.
Admission is free and booking is advised but not essential.
