The Argory will be going back in time over the summer months.

On the last Sunday of every month, the National Trust property will take visitors back to 1847, where the family and staff below stairs will host a unique Victorian tea party.

Sit back and enjoy the sounds of the piano, be waited upon by the maids serving loose leaf Thompson’s Tea and an arrange of delicious treats: homemade scones with cream, fruit preserves, Victoria sponge, and delicate finger sandwiches.

The Argory’s Victorian Tea Party will take place on Sunday, May 31 - and again on the last Sunday of every month until September, with sittings at 1:30pm, 3pm and 4:30pm. It costs £15 per person for non-members and £10 for members, which includes estate entry and house tour. To book 02887789014.
