Chairperson of Edgarstown Residents Association, Phyllis Abraham, said: “Our organisation recently won an award from the local council for ‘Best Small Community Group’, and there was no better way to celebrate than to come together and enjoy ourselves whilst raising money for a very worthy cause. Elaine and her colleagues put on a terrific spread of treats for everyone, and we heard some inspirational stories from breast cancer survivors. Here’s to Breast Cancer Care and the great work they do – long may it continue!”
