Loughgall Youth under 15s enjoyed derby delight on Friday with a National League success against Glenavon Youth.

The 4-1 victory sparked into life thanks to Ryan Faulkner’s early penalty success.

It was level following a Glenavon Youth corner-kick before Jack Dillon’s close-range finish off good work by Ryan Carmichael.

Johnny McCammond entered play off the sidelines and scored a slick solo goal then Carmichael fired home in the closing moments.

Gareth Ferguson enjoyed a welcome return from long-term injury.

Chris Lindsay and James Ballantine put Loughgall Youth into a first-half lead.

Difficult weather conditions left Loughgall Youth on the backfoot across the second half, with Jamie Berry sharp between the posts.

Substitute Jacob Richardson converted off Adam Neill’s pass and the latter added another assist by picking out Ben Gibbons.

Sam Kerr hit the post, with Adam Neill named the side’s leading player.
