Life at Loughgall is just getting better and better for Warner Mullen.
The striker celebrated his first campaign at Lakeview Park with victory in last year’s Bob Radcliffe Cup final.
On Tuesday, Mullen’s brace of goals proved decisive in the semi-final defeat of Annagh United to send Loughgall back to another Boxing Day showpiece.
Mullen found the net in the 2014 final against Annagh United and finished on the midweek scoresheet with two second-half goals.
“I recently turned 30 years old and am just really enjoying my football at Loughgall,” said Mullen. “I am not from the area but know just how much the Bob Radcliffe Cup means to Loughgall.
“I was pleased with the free-kick to get my first then was feeling cramp so just wanted to get a good hit on the second.
“Last year was a great day out and now we can look forward to another this Boxing Day.”
