Marron, part of the Harry Cavan Youth Challenge Cup-winning squad in 2014, was signed from Warrenpoint Town in the aftermath of Billy Breenan’s departure to Larne.

Brennan signed for Larne late last week as the fourth player to exit the Shamrock Park senior panel across January.

Darren Murray’s transfer to Cliftonville proved the most high-profile departure - with Brennan and Shea Conaty, both at Portadown on amateur terms, opting to seek out a fresh challenge.

Conaty made the switch to Lurgan Celtic.

Mark Carson signed for Loughgall, having left Lakeview Park in the summer to grab an opportunity at Portadown. However, he remains connected to the Ports.

Adam White and Mark Whitten - part of the reserves’ panel - both signed for Annagh United from Portadown.

John Gibson, a former Player of the Year with Portadown thirds and reserves, moved to Lisburn Distillery.

Portadown manager Ronnie McFall captured Philip Lowry on a deal until the end of the season.

Mike Withers also joined the club from Distillery on an 18-month deal.
