David Miskelly has extended his contract with Portadown to 2017.

The former Northern Ireland under 21 international celebrated 11 seasons at Shamrock Park earlier this month and last night (Tuesday) signed a two-year deal.

The Ports also wrapped up one-year commitments with four promising prospects.

Jordan Lyttle, Jake Richardson, Christian Stewart and Matthew McMahon have each agreed fresh terms.

Lyttle made his senior league debut this season and has four appearances in the Danske Bank Premiership starting line-up under his belt.

Richardson, Stewart and McMahon have each started cup ties for the firsts.

Miskelly arrived from Oldham Athletic in January 2004.

Lyttle, Richardson and Stewart have all progressed from Portadown Youth.

Lurgan-born McMahon joined the club this season from Aberdeen.
