Rainey’s bright performance
MID-ULSTER RESERVE LEAGUE DIVISION ONE NIGEL Rainey and Chris Traynor combined superbly on two occasions to help Bourneview YM finish out in front last weekend against Hill Street.
Rainey popped up twice to convert Traynor’s precise play into goals during the 6-4 success.
Other goals were scored for Bourneview YM by Eamon Liggett, Adam Jeffers, Robbie Potts and Philip Craig.
MID-ULSTER RESERVE LEAGUE DIVISION TWO
PETER Duke steered home a consolation as Laurelvale lost out on Saturday to Lurgan BBOB by 2-1.
JOHNNY Black’s brace placed Markethill Swifts in a commanding position against Stranmillis - with Kyle Irwin also on target in the 4-3 victory.
PORTADOWN BBOB finished with Stuart Guy and John Graham on target in the 5-2 reverse at home to Lisanally Rangers.

SCARVA Rangers slumped to a 7-0 loss last weekend against Coalisland Athletic.
The only highlight provided by Rangers arrived when Gary Dodds hit the crossbar.

GARY Johnston and Dean Geddis grabbed goals away to Donacloney in Rectory Rangers’ 2-2 draw.
