David Ross found the net four times as Richhill romped home against Lurgan Town by a 5-1 margin.
The on-song striker entered the half-time interval having secured the match ball courtesy of his first-half hat-trick.
Ross added to that tally after the break, with Andrew Allen the other Richhill scorer in a fine weekend performance.
It was 1-0 inside the first two minutes as Ross collected an upfield punt by goalkeeper Neil McCartney and produced a smart finish.
He doubled his personal tally with a slick close-range strike to cap a clever turn and good work by Mark Cooke.
Ross’ hat-trick finish arrived around the half-hour mark when the forward reacted first to convert a loose ball after Neil Lester’s initial header bounced off the crossbar.
Allen sent Richhill into half-time clear by 4-0 after capitalising on a Lurgan Town defensive error.
The Lurgan visitors worked hard across the second half but Richhill managed to maintain control.
A free-kick on 70 minutes handed the away side a consolation before a foul on Allen allowed Ross to wrap up the afternoon scoring from the penalty spot.
Neil Rowntree’s in-form villagers will enter the closing stages with a top-three league finish the target.
Richhill’s quiz night will take place on Saturday, April 18 in Ye Olde House Bar from 8.30, with everyone welcome.
