Title-chasing Rectory Rangers returned home with three vital points in the race for Division Two glory but manager Tony Bell is refusing to kick off the celebrations.

Rectory stand on 55 points before a final game against fellow contenders Portadown BBOB.

The Old Boys and Armagh Celtic can both finish level on points with Rectory off the back of maximum hauls but, crucially, must play each other.

Stuart Treanor’s weekend double alongside goals from Joel McConnell and Willie Duke left Rectory on top over Keady.

“Nothing has been decided at this point,” said Bell. “We want to get over the line on our own terms.”

RECTORY RANGERS: Luke Bush, Wayne McClure, Philip Pedlow, David Smith, Colin Corkin, Scott Richardson, Stuart Treanor, Gareth Smith, Willie Duke, Joel McConnell, Dean Geddis. Subs: Ryan Donaldson, Gareth Willis, Jamie Reavie, Graeme Bunting.
