Annaghmore finished down to Ballymacnab by four points on Friday in the fifth league meeting of the campaign.

Matthew McNeice’s free and a point for Oisin MacIomhair provided Annaghmore with early positives in the face of consistent Ballymacnab scoring.

The Ballymacnab goalkeeper produced some important stops but Owen McCormack, Matthew McNeice, Michael Devlin, Oisin MacIomhair and Shane McGeown handed Annaghmore control at half-time.

Daniel McQuade posted second-half points before and after a crucial scoring sequence of 2-5 by Ballymacnab.

A late push featured long-range points by Daniel McQuade, plus Oisin MacIomhair scoring.
