Club players off to Academy sessions

Players from Annaghmore, Ballyhegan, Maghery and Tir na nOg have been selected to attend Simplyfruit Academy gaelic football sessions on Saturday, July 2.

The under 14s’ challenge game between Mid and North squads in Callanbridge will start at 10 o’clock, with players below to report by 9.30 (a bus will leave Davitt Park at 9 o’clock, St John The Baptist 9.15):

BALLYHEGAN: John Doherty, Ryan Rafferty, Peter McGrane, Jack Furphy, James Crummie; TIR NA NOG: John McAtamney, Diarmuid Tennyson, Andrew Wilson.

The under 15s’ Ulster Blitz at Lissan will feature play against Fermanagh and Donegal (a bus will leave Davitt Park at 10 o’clock, St John The Baptist 10.15, Crossmaglen Hotel 9.40, Silverbridge GFC 9.45, Hughes Camlough 10.15):

BALLYHEGAN: James McCormack; TIR NA NOG: Conor Power.

Players must bring a water bottle, packed lunch and Academy top.

The under 16s have a training session planned in Pearse Og from 10 o’clock (a bus will leave Davitt Park at 9 o’clock, St John The Baptist 9.15, Crossmaglen Hotel 8.50, Silverbridge GFC 8.55, Hughes Camlough 9.15):
