Jennings, a recent winner of the Donegal Rally, has back-to-back triumphs around Lurgan Park on his roll of honour ahead of tomorrow’s (Saturday’s) meeting.

A packed field is expected for the North Armagh Motor Club-organised family fun day, with entertainment on and off the circuit.

Derek McGarrity, a multiple Circuit of Ireland winner, is listed second to Jennings in the seeded running order - with Derek McGeehan and 11-time Lurgan Park champion Kenny McKinstry next in line.

Melvyn Evans will arrive in Lurgan from Wales - with Kevin Kelleher and Stuart Biggerstaff some of the most decorated competitors on show.

Other attractions include the Mk2 Escorts and American vehicle display.

The meeting will feature eight special stages from 10.07 on Saturday morning in the central paddock and service area. The evening champagne finish is scheduled for 5.15, with prize ceremony from 5.45.

Thanks also go to Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Council.
