Scarva’s Olivia Mehaffey will line out for Europe this month at the inaugural Patsy Hankins Trophy.
The Tandragee Golf Club member has been named on the 12-strong panel alongside Meghan Maclaren as the Great Britain and Ireland representatives.
Teams on show for Europe and Asia-Pacific will contest the Vidago Palace course in Portugal from March 16-18.
The opening two days will feature five foursomes each morning and five fourball fixtures in the afternoon, with singles matchplay on the final session.
Selections have been made based on the World Amateur Golf rankings and captain’s picks - with no more than two players called up from the same country.
Mehaffey posted on her Twitter account how she was “very honoured to be selected to represent Europe later this month” and “looking forward to the experience”.
