Timmy Cardwell came out on top last week to capture the main prize in Loughgall Football Club’s annual golf classic.

The Villagers’ 16th event on the Loughgall course finished with Cardwell home in front of Harry Clougher and Adrian Faulkner.

Stuart Corrigan won the section for non-handicap players ahead of Timmy Orr.

Gareth Strain and Cardwell posted longest drives at, respectively, the first and 17th holes.

Roy Turner’s shot at the fifth secured the nearest-to-the-pin honour and Clougher proved closest on the 11th.

Loughgall would like to thank the event’s main supporter, Stephen Robinson of Don Robinson Financial Services.

Thanks also to The John Irwin Group as ball sponsors.

The organisers would like to thank everyone who took part, the tee-box sponsors and Pepper Sauce Bistro for the post-play meal.
