Ballyhegan ladies’ seniors recently received a sponsorship boost with support from Derry Refrigerated Transport.

The sponsorship agreement includes the presentation of kit recently on display in Ballyhegan’s Championship defeat of Derrynoose.

“We are very grateful to Paddy Derry and his staff for this support,” said Ballyhegan captain Brenda McCormack. “The girls looked great in the new jerseys and, hopefully, we can keep the winning run going.”

Tir na nOg ladies’ seniors enjoyed a convincing victory against Clan na Gael in a midweek derby.

Laura Forker, Sophie Weir, Lana Black and Maeve McDonald produced key displays.

Annaghmore members connected to the Club2Club cycle on July 26 can train each Tuesday and Thursday from 7 o’clock.

Boot Camp sessions will be held each Monday and Wednesday evening from 7-7.30 then Tuesday, Thursday and Friday morning from 6.30-7 o’clock at the cost of £2.
