Busy end to Auction Season

McAfee Auctions season has come to an end for the July holidays, but what a busy time they have had with four auctions in the last four weeks.

The first in Loughgall created a few surprises with a Moorcroft inkwell realising £1300, and a silver cutlery set £900.

The Ballymoney ‘Interiors Sale’ a rather nice sale of selected furnishings, saw a good dining room table realise £950, a W J Watson oil £850, and a sleeper in the sale a Limerick Tea Spoon £600.

McAfee Auctions first sale of the new season starts on the 14th August in the Ballycastle Sale Rooms, and we are already seeking entries for their next Loughgall and Ballymoney sales in September. To enter lots speak to them on Ballymoney 028 276 67669 or email pictures to mcafeeauctions.com.
