Hide AdThe Panto is being directed and choreographed by Karen Bennington who has her own bakery in Lisburn but spends her leisure time perfecting the dance numbers and coaching the young cast to give their best.
Of course, in addition to all the young up and coming performers, Lisburn audiences will be delighted to see long time favourites such as Pond Park teacher, choirmaster and show director Laura Kerr who will be showcasing her usual comic timing and singing prowess.
Karen Bennington added: “We hope our audiences will not have forgotten us after such a long break. Everyone in the cast and backstage have been missing the craic during Covid, so are doubly motivated to put on a great show and get back in the panto groove.”
Lambeg Players raise money for dozens of different charities both local and further afield. “In Zambia, Oasis Village Trust have even named a children’s school building after us,” added Lambeg Players Business Manager, Lisburn man Dr Henry Brown.
