Community and voluntary groups funding call-out

Antrim and Newtownabbey Council has announced that a second call for Community Development & Community Festivals Grant Aid Applications for 2020/21 is now open.

Applications are invited from all constituted community and voluntary groups within the borough for projects/activities taking place from April 1, 2020, to March 31, 2021. There are a range of grant streams available ranging from Summer Schemes to Community Festivals and Premises. The closing date for applications is 4pm on Friday, March 27, 2020.

The new Small Activity and/or Insurance Grant and Small Seeding and/or Insurance Grant Aid Programmes are also open for projects/activities taking place from from April 1, 2020, to March 31, 2021. For those groups wishing to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of VE Day a Special VE Day 75 Grant Aid Programme is now open. An information session will be held at Antrim Civic Centre on March 11, from 2-4pm for any group considering applying. To book a place call 9034 0024/61.
