Town rental agency Managemint merges with Morton Pinpoint

LURGAN rental agency Managemint has merged with Morton Pinpoint, one of Northern Ireland’s leading estate agencies.

The two companies will operate under the Morton Pinpoint brand, creating one of the largest residential lettings and sales agencies in Northern Ireland, doubling its rental portfolio and employing a total of 32 staff within a five-strong branch network.

Managemint’s south Belfast office will now operate out of Morton Pinpoint’s head office on the Lisburn Road, Belfast, while the Lurgan branch will join Morton Pinpoint’s south, north and east Belfast offices as well as the dedicated student lettings agency SU Lets, based in the Queen’s University Students’ Union building on the University Road.

Morton Pinpoint is a RICS regulated agency giving all clients direct access to wider experience and expertise and the full range of estate agency services, from residential sales and lettings, to commercial and professional services, surveys, asset management and fixed charge receiverships.
